Nick We have two new friends in our class this year, Mary and Sally. They are both from Ottawa, Canada. Nancy: Really? What are they like? Do they get on well? Nick : Nancy: Nick They both speak French fluently and they seem to get on well. Come on, tell me what they look like. : Mary has got fair hair and big black eyes. She is taller and plumper than Sally. Sally has got dark hair and small black eyes. She is also slimmer than Mary. Everybody loves them. Nancy : What are they like? Nick : Nancy : Nick Sorry? What do you mean? I mean, what can you say about their personalities? : Mary is creative, friendly and hardworking. She wants to be a vet, so she always studies a lot. She is also a cheerful person. She really likes telling funny stories and making jokes. Sally isn't very friendly and she is stubborn. She never changes her mind. They don't have similar personalities. but they really get on well with each other. Nancy : Do they have some hobbies in common? Nick : Sure. Their favourite activity is riding a bike at weekends. They also enjoy surfing the Net. They live near my house and we often spend time together. We play computer games. I'm not very good at computer games but Mary helps me a lot. Nancy : You are very lucky to have friends like Mary and Sally then. Nick : They are my lovely twin friends and I love them very much. I'm happy to be their friend.
