Once upon a time there was (be) a young pretty girl. Her mother was dead and her father married (marry) with a widow with two daughters. Her stepmother didn't like (not-like) her and only loved (love) her own daughters. So, Cinderella was (be) always unhappy. Her stepmother didn't give (not-give) any food and any clothes to her. She always had to (have to) work. She could (can) rest only in the evenings near cinders. So everybody called (call) her Cinderella. One day, there was (be) an announcement. There was (be) a ball dance in the palace. The stepmother and her daughters became (become) very excited for the ball dance. They bought (buy) new clothes, jeweleries and shoes for the ball dance. Cinderella wanted (want) to go but she didn't have anything to wear. She went (go) her room and cried (cry) . While she was crying a fairy appeared (appear) . Fairy:" Don't worry Cinderella. You'll go to the ball dance." " But I have nothing to wear." said Cinderella. The fairy smiled (smile) and with a magic, Cinderella became (become) a princess. The fairy also made a coach for her to go to the ball dance. Cinderella got (get) very happy.
She thanked (thank) the fairy and went (go) to the palace. She met (meet) people around, danced (dance) and enjoyed (enjoy) at the ball. Then king and prince entered (enter) the hall and everybody stopped (stop). The prince was looking for his princess of dreams. He saw (see) Cinderella, near the stairs he wanted (want) to dance with her. They danced (dance) together for a long time. He fell (fall) in love with Cinderella. But now it was (be) time to go. So, she hurried (hurry) and didn't say (not-say) a goodbye to be at home before her stepmother and sisters.
While she was running she lost (lose) one of her shoes. The prince picked (pick) up the shoes and asked (ask) his ministers to go and search for the girl. The ministers tried (try) the shoe on the foot of every girl in the fown but weren't successful. Cinderella's sisters also tried (try) the shoes they fell (fall) .The ministers asked Cinderella to try the shoe but her sisters laughed (laugh) at this. Whe Cinderella wore (wear) the shoe, it fit (fit) . Now they found (find) the princess. The prince reached (reach) in a hurry and he was (be) happy to find her princess. He took (take) Cinderella to his palace and soon they got (get) married .They lived happily ever after.
